Communication to Scott Kirby, United Airlines CEO :

Scott Kirby - did you deliberately scoot around the #accessibility question by only saying the replacement fleet has seating features for those with visual and hearing impairments. I do not believe you really thought the questions asking about accessibility did not include mobility impairment as per the petition you and your Board received. This in my opinion is deliberately deceitful and a slap in the face to those who have a mobility disability.
