For five months now, I have been trying to get an answer from United Airlines about whether their new replacement fleet will be accessible. It started with this petition (read by 63,321 people, shared by 810, and signed by 3218 ) https://lnkd.in/es-A4-BR and has been followed by numerous communications to United CEO, Scott Kirby, his board and various departments within the airline.
Finally I have received something. Could it be more insipid, uninteresting or benign? A real slap in the face for the disabled community:
