J'écris à l'Académie Française pour demander qu'ils font créer un pronom de genre neutre dans la langue française. Cela inclura les femmes (par exemple quand il existe un groupe avec quatre femmes et deux hommes) et aussi les personnes de minorités de genre, comme les personnes qui existent hors de femme/homme (par exemple ce qui sont genderqueer). 

Nous proposons un pronom 'ielle' ce qui combine il/elle. Cela s'accordera d'une maniere qui fini en 'in', par exemple au lieu de gentil/gentile on utilisera gentilin (j'accepte qui pourrait avoir d'autre possibilités et c'est certain que vous en aurait beaucoup d'autres idées!). 

Le manque de ce pronom est à cause du sexisme historique dans la langue française et aussi l'invisibilité des personnes sans genre ou avec un genre fluide. 

S'exprimer est tellement important dans cette langue tellement belle et j'espère que vous êtes d'accord! Pour aider a créer une langue qui fait que tout le monde puisse s'exprimer, ce pronom est essentiel.

I write to the French Academy to request that they create a gender neutral pronoun in French. This will include women (eg when there is a group with four women and two men) and also those of other gender minorities, such as people who exist outside the gender binary (e.g. genderqueer people).

We offer a pronoun 'ielle', which combines he / she. This will be formed in a way that ends with 'in', for example, instead of gentil / gentile, gentilin will be used (I agree that there could be other possibilities and it is certain that you would have many more ideas!).
