Hi im Tree and I am an activist and abolitionist aiming to stop Trump and ICE from continuing to turn non-criminal immigrants into slaves in violation of the 13th amendment *LA VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL ESTÁ ABAJO*

It has been a challenge but now the path forward has become crystal clear as Donald Trump and the Department of Homeland Security continue to expose their hidden agenda to deport non-criminal immigrants yet allow them to return as a slave even during the government shutdown giving special considerations for seasonal work visas noted as h-1b for specialty occupations, h-2a agricultural occupations and h-2b for non-agricultural occupations.

Work Visas have now become the modern day slavery of immigrants through coercion where an employers control of these immigrants is tantamount to possession with the intent to exploit them for the financial gain or other benefit of their employer.

The Department of Labor has recently dropped the minimum wage for agricultural immigrant workers while the Department of Homeland Security is expediting the processing of work visa applications to streamline immigrant slaves to farms across the entire nation despite the Department of Labor being shutdown and unable to certify the need for immigrant workers.

Many non-criminal immigrants that are already here on a work visa or even here without one are already suffering at the mercy of Heartless employers that treat them like property rather than like human beings, may withhold pay with occasional threats to call ICE.

I am convinced that Executive Order #14159 titled “Protecting The America People From Invasion” serves a dual purpose; To uproot criminals AND to additionally coerce immigrants to become slaves for seasonal access to America in violation of the 13th amendment on work visas.

The Department of Labor claims there’s a lack of able, willing and qualified Americans that can fill agricultural positions given to immigrants on an H-2A visa but I find this to be an inaccurate and false claim so that American Farmers can maintain a power imbalance giving them leverage over their immigrant workers through abuse of power based on experiences confidentially shared with me by immigrants that work on farms.

Immigrants here on  work visas are reluctant to whistleblow as it is a great risk to deportation or retaliation by their employer.

I am also convinced that executive orders and directives permitting ICE to raid “sensitive areas” such as schools to kidnap immigrant’s descendants is pure leverage to coerce immigrant families into slavery under work visas so that their children may access America under an H-4 visa. This traumatizes immigrant families, while riddling marginalized communities with more trauma.

Executive Orders and Directives towards ICE permitting warrantless and heartless raids is furthermore a violation of the 4th amendment right for American Citizens.

 These executive orders by Trump and directives from DHS are UNCONSTITUTIONAL on all levels and EVERYONE SHOULD BE CONCERNED WHETHER YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT OR NOT.

WE THE PEOPLE must stop Trump, DHS, the department of labor and ICE and limit their administrative and executive authority to what they claim the orders or directives are intended for- criminals while also demanding humane treatment, housing and fair wages for immigrants.

YOU DONT BITE THE HANDS THAT FEED YOU, even if those hands are those of immigrants. 

WE THE PEOPLE must demand that fair wages for immigrants are maintained and protected so that the farmers that are exploiting immigrants in the agricultural sector do not gain an unconstitutional advantage over others by coercing immigrants into slave like labor for less than minimum wage with subpar living conditions.

This online petition serves as an undisputed record of public interest in abolishing the slavery of immigrants through contradictory orders and directives by Trump and DHS and to set a Quality of Life standard for immigrants present in America on these work visas through the Department of labor and DHS.

As a National Quality of Activist and Abolitionist it is my duty to file a civil lawsuit through Third Party Standing and simultaneously as a flower farmer through Probabilistic standing.

Immigrants need your support to protect their quality of life, wages, living conditions and to abolish the slavery of immigrants.

Hola, soy Tree y soy un activista y abolicionista con el objetivo de evitar que Trump y el ICE continúen convirtiendo a los inmigrantes no criminales en esclavos en violación de la 13a enmienda

Ha sido un desafío, pero ahora el camino a seguir se ha vuelto muy claro a medida que Donald Trump y el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional continúan exponiendo su agenda oculta para deportar a los inmigrantes no criminales, pero les permiten liberar a un esclavo incluso durante el cierre del gobierno, dando consideraciones especiales para las visas de trabajo estacionales señaladas como h-1b para ocupaciones especializadas, h-2a ocupaciones agrícolas y h-2b para ocupaciones no agrícolas.

Las visas de trabajo se han convertido ahora en la esclavitud moderna de los inmigrantes a través de la coerción, donde el control de estos inmigrantes por parte de un empleador equivale a la posesión con la intención de explotarlos para el beneficio financiero u otro beneficio de su empleador.

El Departamento de Trabajo afirma que hay una falta de estadounidenses capaces, dispuestos y calificados que puedan cubrir puestos agrícolas otorgados a los inmigrantes con una visa H-2A, pero encuentro que esta es una afirmación inexacta y falsa para que los agricultores estadounidenses puedan mantener un desequilibrio de poder que les dé influencia sobre sus trabajadores inmigrantes a través del abuso de poder basada en experiencias de confidencialidad compartidas conmigo por los inmigrantes que trabajan en granjas.

Los inmigrantes aquí con visas de trabajo son reacios a denunciar, ya que es un gran riesgo de deportación o represalias por parte de su empleador.

También estoy convencido de que las órdenes y directivas ejecutivas que permiten que el ICE asalte "áreas sensibles" como escuelas para secuestrar a los descendientes de inmigrantes son pura influencia para coacer a las familias inmigrantes a ser esclavas con visas de trabajo para que sus hijos puedan acceder a Estados Unidos con una visa H-4. Esto traumatiza a las familias inmigrantes, mientras que atribule a las comunidades marginadas con más trauma.

Las órdenes ejecutivas y directivas hacia ICE que permiten redadas sin orden judicial y sin corazón son, además, una violación del derecho de la cuarta enmienda para los ciudadanos estadounidenses.

Estas órdenes ejecutivas de Trump y las directivas del DHS son INCONSTITUCIONALES en todos los niveles y TODOS DEBERÍAN ESTAR PREOCUPADOS SI ERES UN INMIGRANTE O NO.

NOSOTROS, EL PUEBLO, debemos detener a Trump, el DHS, el departamento de trabajo y el ICE y limitar su autoridad administrativa y ejecutiva a lo que afirman que las órdenes o directivas están destinadas a los delincuentes, al tiempo que exigen un trato humano, vivienda y salarios justos para los inmigrantes.

NO MUERDAS LAS MANOS QUE TE ALIMENTAN, incluso si esas manos son las de los inmigrantes.

NOSOTROS, EL PUEBLO, debemos exigir que se mantengan y protejan los salarios justos para los inmigrantes para que los agricultores que están explotando a los inmigrantes en el sector agrícola no obtengan una ventaja inconstitucional sobre los demás al obligar a los inmigrantes a trabajar como los esclavos por menos del salario mínimo con condiciones de vida por debajo de las medias.

Esta petición en línea sirve como un registro indiscutible del interés público en abolir la esclavitud de los inmigrantes a través de órdenes y directivas contradictorias de Trump y el DHS y para establecer un estándar de calidad de vida para los inmigrantes presentes en Estados Unidos con estas visas de trabajo a través del Departamento de Trabajo y el DHS.

Como cualidad nacional de activista y abolicionista, es mi deber presentar una demanda civil a través de la posición de la asociación y simultáneamente como agricultor de flores a través de la posición probabilística.

Los inmigrantes necesitan su apoyo para proteger su calidad de vida, salarios, condiciones de vida y para abolir la esclavitud de los inmigrantes.
