First I want to say thank you for your unwavering support as I figured this lawsuit out as an activist and abolitionist to protect ALL children’s rights to equal access to a public education regardless of race.

This journey has been one for the books however I’m so thankful for the fuel, passion and drive my firstborn gave me that empowered this historical fight. That’s me and him in the picture during the last football game he played prior to being deprived of equal access to a public education by Fayette County Public Schools of Lexington, Ky USA Without procedural due process throwing both of us into clinical depression. 

The judge has not ruled but she does not have a choice. So, Let me be the first to tell you; WE WON.

Donald Trump was properly served and we are simply waiting for her to confirm that the receipts confirming service, are valid.

I have done my due diligence several times over to confirm and then reconfirm that Donald Trump was properly served.

We are now simply waiting for the Hon. Judge Claris Horn Boom to exercise her own due diligence to confirm that Elaine Leonard is a registered agent to receive service of process on the behalf of the United States and then for her to rule.

Donald Trump must’ve underestimated the power of a small group of citizens that demand more such as ourselves and that was a huge mistake because depending on how the judge rules on the default judgment, he could possibly owe the US Dep of Ed Office of Civil Rights approximately $105 BILLION dollars so that the federal agency is fully equipped to continue fighting for our babies!!! OUR CHILDREN’S EDUCATION REMAINS OFF LIMITS. 

AND YES, I absolutely did file a claim for $1 Billion dollars per day since the second amended complaint was filed on June 17, 2025. OUR CHILDREN DESERVE A VILLAGE and the US Dep of Ed Office of Civil Rights was our village until Donald Trump obliterated the department on March 20, 2025 by executive order.

Nevertheless NO MAN IS ABOVE THE LAW and Donald Trump doesn’t have the option to appeal the order that is soon to come because he was served individually and officially yet did NOT respond. 

We got our receipts; JUSTICE IS IN ROUTE.
