I wanted to let everyone know our lawsuit is pending dismissal because I’m homeless and not for any other reason at all. Well, HOMELESS PEOPLE STILL HAVE RIGHTS but I’ll have to fight for my rights on appeal, another unnecessary process prolonging the fight to justice. Judge Claria Horn Boom may not “assume” I live somewhere that I do not live. I do not have a house and I will not go into details about how I’m surviving living out of my car. To be honest with everyone, I’m exhausted as an activist and this ORDER just took the cake. I AM EXHAUSTED. I’m sorry, I’m going to begin prepping the appeal
