Hey Yall, 

Im Taking any last minute edits on this motion for relief from an order I strongly disagree with that was issued on 5/1/2025 in our case 25-CV-100. I found caselaw to support and bind the judge to recognize service by mail as well as irreparable harm to our 1st amendment right to petition and assemble as a CLASS. I will also be moving for a default judgment on May 8, 2025 as President Trump can try to act like he ain’t getting my mail but the law says he has and we are due a default judgment in literally 2 days!!!!

We got this and even in denial, I will appeal and take it all the way to the highest court. However, this judge, despite the mistakes that I despise is extremely thorough and I still have hope in her!!!! When I read her orders, I can tell she read my pleadings and that makes all the difference!!!!

I will be taking the final version to be filed around 230pm.
