Hello Friends, Family and Neighbors of the USA,

We are past the half way mark to our first goal of 150 signatures while I am finishing final edits on our petition for a temporary restraining order against President Donald Trump in an effort to re-instate the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights and I NEED YOUR HELP!

We are only 59 signatures away from being able to officially file with the ability to claim that this issue of the school to prison pipeline is of public interest. This is a NATIONAL petition and anyone in the country can sign it. I need you to share this petition far and wide!

 I, Lead Plaintiff-Activist, was assigned an investigator only 10 days before the President Donald Trump’s Executive Order eliminating the entire department.

This immediately abridged our right to petition the government that involves civil rights and federal questions of law. This cut off our Kentucky class’ access to mediators and lawyers free of charge that already reserved the authority and ability to enforce reform in our local Kentucky Department of Education as well as our local school boards. 
 
I am currently gathering families, data and experiences in Ohio as well.

Now I need everyone’s help securing the remaining 59 signatures needed to hit our first goal! If everyone can recruit one friend or family member to sign our petition, we can immediately file and stop President Donald Trump’s negligent executive order signed on March 20, 2025 that will NOT improve anything but rather enable a broken public education system to continue to feed the school to prison pipeline.
