I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and I stand before you to address the rights of non-custodial parents who have been violated by our current judicial family court system. This system, along with the Child Support & Enforcement Agencies, and Domestic Relations offices have consistently infringed upon parents' unalienable constitutional, civil and parental rights. 

In Pennsylvania alone, there are thousands of parents who are subjected to this unjust treatment. Judges oversee both custody cases and child support cases simultaneously - an alarming conflict of interest given their personal financial stake through Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (SSA), which funds their retirement.

This is not just about us parents; it's about our children too. They are caught in the middle of a system that prioritizes financial gain over their best interests. It's time to abolish these unconstitutional child support agencies that violate our rights under the guise of 'child protection'. We need to completely reform this corrupt family court system that has lost sight of its true purpose - to serve families.

We call on lawmakers in Pennsylvania to take immediate action towards these reforms. The integrity of our judicial system depends on it, as do the futures of countless families across our state.
