-Stop innocent children and babies being forced into fostering and adoption against their will-

Parents have had their children and babies taken into forced foster care and forced adoption wrongly for financial gain and profit.

Neglect is a crime/criminal act so why are the parents going to a family court and not criminal court. For example if 9 million parents committed criminal acts against their child/baby then 9 million parents should be in prison. But instead of being tried by the criminal court Jury of 12 to say whether or not a parent is worthy of keeping their child or baby. Innocent families are being separated in secretive family courts. Based on my own personal experiences and research family courts are not set up for the best interest of the child but instead every professional gain money by filing extensive and unecassary reports, paying assigned courts psychiatrist and Caffcass workers who majority of the time do an awful job. They meet with the parents on one or two occasions and sometimes talk with them on the phone for 4 hours instead of meeting with them in person. Surely assessments like these should be more extensive as it’s a life changing decision for a child when making a decision to separate from the parent until they reach the adult age.

Stop tax payers money from going to foster carers/adopters and they’ll give the children back to the parents, as there’s no real love and care involved.

If social workers never took so many innocent kids they would not have such a heavy work/case load.

The first ever social worker in England was 1895 and since this time this has been happening to our children.

Parents have had there children and babies taken into and adoption wrongly for financial gain and profit.

As a result families are not only left broken-hearted but many turn to illegal substances to cope and have mental breakdowns as well as ongoing health and emotional issues. Children and babies are abused and ignored. Parents are portrayed as mad for speaking out against abuse and neglect. And in most cases punished by the authorities and not allowed to see or talk to their children until they basically shut up and work with the authorities. 

Parents are sent back to the same family courts that caused the damage. After raising complaints to their local mps, police and anyone else in power. Even down to the GP. Nothing is done and parents are always told to seek Legal advice which ultimately leads them back to the Family Court. 

Why abolish the family courts? To put an end to children being taken without consent by services done in secret.

What would be the solution instead?

Civil Court for divorce and family separation/issues.

Solution for parents who can’t or refuse to care for their child is to give to family members. It is better for the child or children stay and get the love from a family member than strangers pretending to love and care for them just for money.

Criminal Court used for crimes committed against a baby or child.

And finally when it comes to mental health, housing, domestic violence etc the local authorities need to expand their resources and help the parents or supervise them initially alongside family support workers/carers until the parents reach their targets. And of course insisting family members help out because a village raises a child, or even volunteers such as nanny’s in the community for example.
