
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the Global Republic of Tartaria
Preamble

WHEREAS the peoples of the Global Republic of Tartaria are united by a shared recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family, as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace within our Republic and across the
Globe ;

WHEREAS a fundamental tenet of the Tartarian spirit is the pursuit of knowledge, the preservation of overlooked histories, and the advancement of humanity through sustainable and harmonious means;
●
WHEREAS the suppression, misrepresentation, or denial of historical truth and the free development of consciousness have resulted in acts that have profoundly injured humanity;
●
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grand Council of the Global Republic of Tartaria proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations under its purview, to the end that every individual and every organ of society shall strive to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and
observance.
Article I: Freedom and Equality
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood and shared inquiry.
Article II: Non-Discrimination
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, historical memory, property, birth, or other status.
Article III: Right to Life and Liberty
Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person. The Tartarian Republic shall safeguard these rights through restorative and equitable justice.
Article IV: Freedom of Thought and Conscience Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and historical inquiry. This right includes
freedom to change one's belief or conviction and freedom, either alone or in community with others, and in public or private, to manifest one's true historical understanding.
Article V: Prohibition of Obfuscation
No one shall be subjected to deliberate historical obfuscation, systemic suppression of verifiable knowledge, or any form of intellectual tyranny.
Everyone has the right to access and preserve true historical records, ancient technologies, and cultural heritage without censorship or undue restriction.
Article VI: Right to Sovereignty of Mind
Everyone has the right to sovereignty of mind and body. No one shall be subjected to involuntary experimentation, manipulation of consciousness, or compulsory ideological conditioning.
Article VII: Right to Sustainable Environment and Free Energy
Everyone has the right to an environment of Tartarian standards: clean, sustainable, and harmonious with nature.
This includes the right to benefit from and contribute to the development of free, non-polluting, and sustainable energy sources for the betterment of all.
Article VIII: Right to Education and Unrestricted Learning
Everyone has the right to education focused on the full development of the human personality and the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Education shall be freely accessible
and shall include unrestricted access to all fields of scientific and historical knowledge.
Article IX: Right to Justice and Redress
Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law, including the right to redress for historical injustices and the deliberate destruction of cultural knowledge.
Article X: Freedom of Movement and Universal Citizenship
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of the Tartarian Republic.
Recognizing the global and borderless nature of its ideals, Tartarian citizenship shall be available to all who embrace the Republic's principles of truth, liberty, and harmonious existence.
Article XI: Right to Work and Fair Compensation
Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work, and to protection against unemployment. Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal, dignified, and value-creating work.
Article XII: Right to Cultural Participation
Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts, and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits, particularly those that utilize the foundational and
ancient principles of Tartarian knowledge.
Article XIII: Duties to the Community
Everyone has duties to the community, in which alone the free and full development of their personality is possible.
In the exercise of their rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and
freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order, and the general welfare in a Tartarian society.
Article XIV: Non-Derogation
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group, or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
This part of the
constitution is hereby ratified by the constitution of the Global Republic of Tartaria , invoked by the authority of the
Global Republic of Tartaria, with the intent to foster a future of enlightened global civilization.
