In Colorado, as proud homeowners, the notion that we continue to pay property taxes feels like we are perpetually renting from the government, even though we have worked hard to purchase our homes outright. This is a sentiment shared by many here who feel they are continually burdened by property taxes despite owning their homes. 

The reality is, property taxes are a significant financial burden for countless residents in our state, creating a cycle of never-ending payments that jeopardize the true sense of ownership. Abolishing property taxes would mean that homeowners all across Colorado finally achieve true ownership and financial freedom.
