I am a resident of Palisades Park, New Jersey, and in the last year and a half alone, I have received over 200 parking tickets. This is not just my problem - it's an issue that affects many of us living here. It's absurd that we are expected to pay for parking permits in the town where we already pay rent and taxes.

Multiply this by 200, and you can see how quickly these fines add up - all because we lack adequate free parking options.
