Remember all of the wage garnishment issues flow from the Title IV funding from the Federal Government. The elephant in the room is the Federal Government enacting inane and oxymoronic laws which create dependent classes of people and support the transfer of wealth from the unfortunate families going through a divorce to the Matrimonial Attorneys .We need to bring this issue to point and to bare wherever we can on whatever front there is .
