Well all of you free and independent thinkers out there we have reached 1299 petitioners this week, congratulations to us all. Unfortunately I was out of commission for the last two months as I was incarcerated for my ability to only pay $5500 per month in alimony versus the $8,000/ month ordered by the Court. I was lucky enough to have the Detectives of Hunterdon County come to my office and arrest me in front of my co-workers. Our Family Court System at its very worst. I was denied my motion for release four times over these two months by Judge Hany Mawla In Hunterdon County Superior Court , however on 12/19/2012 the NJ Supreme ordered my immediate release from the alimony debtors prison. The NJ Supreme Court in its decision also cut my alimony by ½ down to $4,000 month.
