ISRHML defends actions, LLLI wraps up meeting w/ no statement

On Sunday, the ISRHML executive, which includes two of the Nestle speakers named in this petition, issued the following public statement https://isrhml.net/statement-isrhml-executive-committee/ before closing their previously open Facebook group. The statement fails to acknowledge that the petition only refers to those holding Executive Committee positions (President and President-Elect) and does not name any other members of ISRHML who may have spoken. Also, on Sunday, the LLLI Board Meeting wrapped up with no public statement issued as of midday Monday. Please continue to share and comment when you sign the petition so that the decision-makers in these organizations understand not only the numbers, but the true impact to individuals when important breastfeeding organizations fail to address conflicts of interest within their leadership.
