Greetings ABC-listener,
We hit 3000 by lunch, 4000 by dinner - and we're just getting started.
Most petitions plateau quickly but others use their increasing base to reach out to more and more people. (Kind of like a Ponzi scheme but for good, not evil.)
The difference is our willingness to share the petition. 430,000 Australians listen to the 0745 bulletin daily so we have a LOT of sharing to do to reach listeners who aren't aware of this campaign.
