I’m creating this petition to protect all woman’s right to there choice in Ohio. I hope to bring attention to Ohio legislators and citizens. In light of Roe vs Wades over turning. Ohio is a conservative state, unless we  can mobilize youth or have a lot of money to help fund campaigns it will do what the majority want.  Currently, in Ohio since the turning of Roe vs Wade The Heart Beat bill was reinstated into law.  This means that abortions are currently legal before the heart beat is detected. As we move forward in Ohio legislations, and look further into the issues of abortion. Ohio legislators are trying to move into full bans  of abortion,stricter regulations, and trying to make it a felony. Some current pending legislation; like Senate 123 and House bill 598 that would make abortions a legal felony.  When the State government puts restriction on access to abortions it puts some many issues on all women not just cisgender women. Many woman’s health and rights will be at risk. Criminalization doesn’t stop abortions it only puts the peoples health at risk. Taking unsafe pills, remedies, and procedures to prevent child birth. Criminalization exposes women not only to these unsafe abortions but potential torture, institutionalized violence, domestic violence, death by indirect causes of pregnancy,  Mortality and health complications caused by unsafe abortions, negative impacts poverty, and so much more. This is a bill that profits of the cost of all women’s auto-many  and rights. So I ask you to please stand with me sign and share this to protect your rights and choice as a women, but also to the rights of your sister, mother, friends, and partners.  So we can try prevent upcoming legislation to ban abortion in Ohio completely.
