A Public Endorsement for Black Lives Matter in Yorba Linda, CA

A Public Endorsement for Black Lives Matter in Yorba Linda, CA
The Issue
We, the people of this land, are asking Beth Haney, Mayor of Yorba Linda, to publicly endorse the Black Lives Matter organization.
In order to fulfill this request we, the people, desire that a conference be organized by the city of Yorba Linda. At this conference we, the people, require an announcement of Beth Haney's endorsement for the Black Lives Matter organization by Beth Haney, and also require that an open conversation takes place, on the subject of police reform, between City Officials and representatives from the Black Lives Matter organization. Local broadcasting stations, and freelance journalists must be invited to this event. Representatives from the Black Lives Matter organization must be in attendance, and have air time equal to that of the Mayor’s.
As The Land of Gracious Living we should set an example for Orange County, California, and these United States. Granting people of color and the Black Lives Matter organization this opportunity will tell the world that Yorba Linda is moving forward, and not staying silent on the subject of discrimination and police brutality.
