Join us at 6.15 on Tuesday, 10th July at the Shire Hall, Shuttern to demonstrate our solidarity and demand that the Council withdraw their plan to borrow £16,000,000 of taxpayers’ money to build an hotel on Firepool. We say: Create the demand FIRST. Don’t put the cart before the horse. Drive high-value inward investment. Make Firepool a great destination for visitors and tourists. And enhance the lives, health and wellbeing of Taunton’s inhabitants.
