Good News: The Board of Supervisors vote was 3-2. The appeal was upheld and the decision of the hearing officer was reversed, and the applicant for minor use permit was denied!

Thanks to all who wrote letters, and to those who attended, and to those who gathered Petition signatures - your presence and articulate statements all added up to represent a community who cares enough to voice what matters!

 “The Board adopted a resolution upholding the appeal which included these findings. The Board further authorized staff to review them and correct any non-substantive grammatical mistakes.”  A final version with edits (if any) will be online and entered into the county public record in about a week.
