This petition is a request on behalf of the ball hockey community asking that Ballhockey.com reinstates James Cairns. 

James has always been a great team-player while on the floor. He has brought knowledge to our community and always had his head in the game! 

During the period of his employment with Ballhockey.com he was always attentive, professional and cared for his job; it was very clear that he has a passion for this sport. He performed his job full-force. Now we await long periods before our emails are responded to, before our questions are answered and left in the dark about changes we as players are entitled to know. James always worked hard and would make sure we had timely answers to our questions and needs. In such a short period of time, he brought such positive influences and excitement to players of all ages. His knowledge and passion for the sport was incomparable! The future of Ballhockey.com excited us! We now question what the future will look like and where the community stands.

We as a community are aware that James was in an altercation while he was in the Dominican Republic with another individual within the community. One thing we know is that James is respectful and will always stand up for our community and for his beliefs. We know that James is remorseful for his actions and the events that transpired. He should not be penalized for standing up for himself. In a moment as such, many people may have reacted the same way. There all always three sides to a story and our side is, that James needs support from us so he can continue to help build this community for past, current and future players. Whether in the game or on the sidelines, James has always been respectful to his teammates & peers and a great guy all around!  His actions do not outshine his work ethics and knowledge of the sport.

We are kindly asking that Ballhockey.com rehires James Cairns. The community needs his knowledge, patience and dedication.
