We urge the Chester County Board of Commissioners to consider building a mega homeless shelter that provides comprehensive services for:

- Men with no sexual offense history
- Individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues

As someone who has experienced homelessness in Coatesville years ago , I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of a lack of resources and support. The current shelter system is overwhelmed, and many people are being forced to live on the streets still.

A mega shelter would provide a safe and supportive environment for those in need, offering:

- Emergency housing
- Counseling and therapy
- Job training and education
- Substance abuse treatment
- Mental health services

We believe that everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their lives with dignity. By providing a comprehensive support system, we can help individuals and families break the cycle of homelessness and thrive.
