The meeting will be hosted by Victoria Sturgeon and Katherine Tarring. There will be a presentation on the story so far, chance for discussion about what is at stake, Q and A's and guidance what you can do if you wish to ensure you make your voice heard.

This planning application is in its penultimate phase - so any objections have to be absolutely watertight (hahaha), and grounded in logic, and clearly demonstrating why this plan contravenes planning policy.  

Emotional, angry, personal stuff will be chucked in the bin, so we need to focus and ensure the planners really understand what the issues are, and why the policy is being misapplied.

Photos of traffic queues on Downton road, of bats, owls, other protected wildlife on or near the field, and of flooding of homes will help provide evidence for our claims.  There will be a hand out and a website by Thursday to help us all.
