SOUTH DAKOTA ANIMAL INDUSTRY BOARD The South Dakota Animal Industry Board will conduct a Public Hearing at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel - Gallery D, located at 920 West Sioux Avenue, Pierre, South Dakota, on Wednesday, May 20,2015, at 10:30a.m. CDT, to consider the re- quest for a Captive Non-Domestic Mammal Possession Permit for Fur-Ever Wild in Deadwood SD,Terri Petter applicant". This hearing will be held under the legal authority and jurisdiction of SDCL chs. 1-26 and 40-3, and ARSD 12:68:18. Particularly statutes 40-3-23 and 40-3-26 and administrative rules 12:68:18:03:04, 12:68:18:03:06, 12:68:18:06, 12:68:18:07, 12:68:18:08and 12:68:18:09. The public may appear at the hearing to testify or submit written documentation in support or opposition to the issuance of the permit. The applicant has the right to be present and represented by a lawyer due to the adversarial nature of the hearing. This right will be forfeited if not exercised at the hearing. The decision ofthe Board at this hearing may be appealed to the circuit court and the State Supreme Court as provided by law in SDCL 1-26.
