We want to thank you all for your support and update you that we are one step closer to bringing Channen home! On April 3rd, we received a 108-page judgment from the federal court ripping apart the state's case against Channen. On page 97, it states:

"having carefully reviewed the trial record, the Court finds that the State’s theory, or rather the State’s struggle to identify a coherent one, demonstrates the weakness of its case against Smith. The Court further finds that the new evidence not only magnifies weaknesses in the State’s case that are obvious from the trial record but also amplifies
credibility issues of both eyewitnesses and provides a more plausible motive
for the shooting and a more likely perpetrator."

Praise God! This is just one paragraph of the federal court seeing the truth! We need the support of the public more than ever! The state has until May 5th to respond to the constitutional violations they committed against Channen during this investigation and trial. Please share this petition and encourage others to sign so we can put pressure on the state to DO THE RIGHT THING!
