Today marks 15 months since my son, Clayton "Boo" Emerson, was killed in a crash. 

15 months and I still don't have answers. No toxicology was ever done on the driver who killed him. No justice. No truth. Just silence.

Florida only requires testing if DUI is already suspected, when negligence causes a fatality, the truth is erased. Just like it was the night my son was killed. I've been left in the dark for 15 months and counting.

I'm fighting for Clayton's Law, so no other family is treated this way. But I cannot do it alone.
