India's committing crimes against humanity

India has clearly decided it can do anything it wants to and no one can stop them. 

The Wire Report here describes the young victims. Mindless shootings against Kashmiris. India's no different from the enemies in the second world war. I should remind the international community of its Responsibility to Protect agreement that they all signed up to.
