Those hoodwinked into feeling sorry for so called human rights activists who write petitions to lift their ban on social networking, should really be careful of the following

1. Change.org collects data like your IP address, your email and your name

2. The petition writer has access to most of this data and can pass of to anyone he or she wishes.

Unless you are very sure about the petitioner, don't give your data away  especially at such a risky time in a conflict zone.

Most of you in Kashmir pay no attention to these warnings but you simply have yourselves to blame if you are blinded by those associating with RAW and purporting to be activitists.

A few have attempted to persuade me to give them the data on the petitions I run but I have refused to do so.

Thanks

Rita Pal
