Subject: India:Human Rights Violations in Kashmir
Dear Sir,
I would be grateful if you would bring this petition to the attention of Mr Banki Moon. The petition concerns the human rights violations in Kashmir www.kashmirhumanrights.com. I am not related to Pakistan or India. My interest is purely as a human rights activist. The aim here is to present the voice of the Kashmiri people who are currently silenced by the Public Safety Act there.
Please confirm receipt of this email.
Many thanks.

3. On a final note, Kashmir's human rights is not represented well online and on social networking. I hope those of you who have signed this petition will try your best in raising the human rights issues so that the public are aware of it on an internatonal level. We believe it is in the interests of the west to understand what India is accused of.
