Parts of Kashmir remain without an internet connection today. May I emphasize how important it is for every one signing this with a net connection to circulate the petition on social networking. Those who live abroad must try to assist the Kashmir population in spreading the word. We must be in solidarity with innocent civilians caught up in a brutal occupation. Their voice must be heard whether India pulls this communication systems or not. Thank you for signing this vital petition.
