In a time when division and tension have affected families and communities all across America, there is one thing that can unite us and heal the pain of political division and broken relationships.

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

I created 'The Words in Red' to bring ALL Americans together in praying for the healing of our country and its people. My hope is that after reading a verse of the words of Jesus each day, you will take time to pray that hearts will be mended, families will be reunited, and people will be kind, loving, and respectful as Jesus teaches us to be.

Please sign this pledge to commit to praying for America each day. There is encouragement and accountability in numbers. Pass it on to the people you love. Send a copy of 'The Words in Red' to someone who has different political beliefs than you. Pray for that person.

We may not agree on many things, but we should all agree that God is above politics. God is above all.

He can heal this nation.
