Happy to report that Lance is now receiving daily yard time.  This is what we are being told at least.  Information out of TOHAS has been incorrect in the past but we do believe this is actually happening.  No daily walks are being reported but at least this is some small relief for Lance who has endured months of cruel isolation.   We are still working to get him out to a sanctuary or rescue.  Thanks to all who have signed the petition for Lance. It is because of your signatures that he is getting some outside time.  Keeping the pressure on by sharing is the best way forward.  Will update again soon !
