In our beautiful province of Manitoba, we have a vibrant population of 1,494,301 people and counting, with 32% working in unionized workplaces. These individuals in Manitoba and those coming from other provinces to work in Manitoba deserve our unwavering support. Together we can ensure that if they have to navigate the complexities of filing a human rights complaints within their unionized workplaces (with the help of their Union), they are fully protected by The Manitoba Labour Law, The Manitoba Labour Board procedures, The Workplace Safety and Health Act, and The Manitoba Human Rights Code. Imagine the impact we can have!
The changes we seek can benefit around 478,176 people (32% of the population in Manitoba ) and others coming to work in Manitoba at unionized workplaces.
We’ve made a solid start with 140 signatures, but let’s aim higher! Together, we can amplify our voices and slowly increase that number to an incredible 140,000 or even 240,000 signatures.
