We educated more than 10,000 people through strategic social media posts and discussions. 2. �Sparked meaningful conversations with leaders in academia, healthcare organisations and policymakers to bring this vital issue to their attention. Key stakeholders are now considering further action. 3. �Successfully deterred additional signups for the course through persuasive yet respectful online activism. Swayed opinions and opened many eyes to implicit biases in healthcare. 4.� Strengthened understanding between like-minded individuals and groups working together towards justice and equality in the medical system—increased sense of community and strength. 5. � Laid foundation for continued advocacy through spreading inclusive, empathetic messages that motivate positive change and respect for everyone.
