Waste is frequently discarded in unauthorized areas such as streets, sidewalks, vacant lots, drainage systems, and other public spaces. This irresponsible practice has resulted in foul odors, pest infestations, clogged drainage systems, increased flooding risks, and potential health hazards for residents, particularly children and the elderly. The purpose of this petition is to formally raise awareness about this issue and to urge the responsible authorities to take immediate and effective action to improve waste management practices. A clean and safe environment is essential to protect public health, preserve the community's appearance, and ensure the overall well-being of all residents. The goal of this petition is to promote proper waste disposal, strengthen the implementation of sanitation policies, and create a cleaner, safer, and healthier community for everyone. We respectfully request the immediate inspection and clean-up of affected areas, the installation of additional garbage bins in accessible and strategic locations, the strict enforcement of waste management regulations including penalties for violators, the establishment of a consistent and reliable garbage collection schedule, the implementation of community education programs on proper waste segregation and disposal, and the placement of visible signage reminding residents to dispose of waste responsibly. Through collective action and firm support from the authorities, we believe this issue can be effectively resolved for the benefit of both present and future members of our community.
