Hello:

Next Friday 5/22/26 we will meet at the proposed Bottle Drop site (Corner of SE Powell and Milwaukie) and hold two large banners. One will be in front of the site (1109 SE Brooklyn- see above) and the other across the street which has a safety message. We will start at 3p and go for a couple hours only. 

We plan to notify media as we are setting up to try to get some buzz. We have struggled to get any media coverage… if any of you can help change that- please make it happen! 

So many people are still unaware of the plans to move The People’s Depot to this dangerous location. When we were out holding the banner on Sunday we had multiple neighbors stop and talk to us- not one knew about the proposed Bottle Drop at this site! 100% of them said something like this, "This is a horrible location, so unsafe for people trying to get there!" 

Please, plan to come and help us show some strength through numbers- bring family and friends.
