It has been more than a month, when in meeting with Environment minister Shri Aaditya Thackeray Ji, CIDCO MD promised to come back with a proposal for Flamingos sanctuary in place of golf course and real estate project within 8 days from 27th January 2020 but not heard anything from him even after writing more than 1000 emails to him. It raises lots of questions:
1.Why is CIDCO MD not responding to emails?
2.Why was permission to cut more than 720 trees was given by CIDCO based on application made 2 years back when the matter is in Supreme Court?
3.Why CIDCO gave a letter to MCZMA in January 2017 saying that there is no Wetlands in this area when these Wetlands are part of National Wetlands Atlas?
4.Why CIDCO entered into new agreement with Builder in 2016 which resulted in undue favour to builder?

5.Why CIDCO ignoring BNHS warnings of bird hit to favour a private builder?

And many more such questions.
