No action on FIR filed for tree cutting - TOI Report

With reference to Information received under RTI act dated 23rd March 2018 regarding FIR filed on 1st November 2017 for 55 trees cut on basis of complaint of 21st & 28th October 2017 regarding cutting of trees in Sector 60 , Nerul against M/s Mistry Construction private limited but no further action has been taken on this FiR. Whereas in Mumbai a secretary of a society was put behind bar for cutting 4 trees. This is raising question of different treatment to different people for same act of tree cutting.
