In our hearing on 13th April 2018 Hon'ble high court directed Forest department to file inspection report with pictures after Mistry Construction claimed to have removed debries from the wetland behind NRI Complex ,Navi Mumbai on 12/04/18. This is necessary as in past also they have claimed to have removed debris but debris were found on inspection by forest department .
