5th concern addded :masterball

Concern/Solution 6: We still don't have Master Balls (which is a very nostalgic & helpful item). This 100% capture rate Ball should be available in-game from PokeStops/PhotoDisks, for no more & no less: 1% drop rate. That way it would NOT be abusable, while still being VERY helpful to it's most struggling/unlucky players & share more to all social site & sign as much as you can
