Virgin Islands Mandatory Spay Neuter Law

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT. Dogs, Cats, kittens and puppies keep streaming through the doors of our territories shelters and rescue groups. The volume is staggering and totally unnecessary. The ONLY beings paying for the irresponsibility of not spaying or neutering are the animals who lose their lives to the simple fact that there are not enough homes. The Pets With Wings Program flys many north to rescue groups but in extreme weather like summer and winter the airlines have restrictions making it logistically difficult to get the animals out. The solution is a mandatory spay neuter law where residents must have their pets spayed or neutered. Exceptions for breeders licenses and health exemptions are usually written into the law. Please support this important legislation and SAVE LIVES by spaying or neutering your pets.
