LAUSD TEACHERS and students will not be GUNIEA pigs for an open ended trial testing system that shreds our Labor Law, health safety guarantees, CDC TB  precedent  and is not as safe as a vaccine.  

This leads to our 2nd point-  

Beutner said on 10/19/2020, that “Children learn best in the classroom “..  How does he know?  Have we teaching virtually for the past 100 years?  No.  So, where is the comparable data?  

There is no data to support that claim.

Beutner also said “We have done everything we can to return safely”-  No you haven’t.   You are not waiting for a vaccine.  You are talking about us goi g first in atrial for the nation that puts you on the national political stage as a leader.  Nothing else.

Mr. Beutner I’m not hearing you say ,”SAFETY FIRST, last and foremost”

 Oh. And by the way:  CHILDREN ARE LEARNING!

The % with difficulties are the same group society has been ignoring for DECADES..  even though teachers have been SCREAMING for support for them.

WE ARE TIRED TOO..  But close.. is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
