In the sequence (which takes hours before the events of the third film), the gang is preparing for the cruise trip and Brittany is looking for which shirt to wear. "Hmm... not this one... or this... or this", she mumbles to herself. "Bet you wish you had one with an A on it, huh?", Alvin smugly jokes, to which Brittany rolls her eyes and says, "Real funny, Alvin." Dave suggests, "Uh, Brittany? Why don't you just wear this one?" To Brittany's horror, it is a long-sleeved pink shirt with two fuchsia-pink stripes across it and huge ripped holes in it. There is a huge hole in the left armpit and a vertical hole on the right arm. "What?! You expect ME to wear this?!", Brittany exclaims. "It's the only one I could find for you. Plus, you'll be wearing a jacket anyway. It's not like anyone's gonna be seeing it," Dave tells Brittany. "Well... okay. I guess since I'm gonna be wearing a jacket, it doesn't really matter," Brittany accepts. "Yeah, you'll do just fine... Britt the Ripper!", Alvin jokes as he bursts out laughing, with Brittany giving him an annoyed glare.

At the end of the fifth film, have Brittany proclaim, "We are family!" and Alvin respond, "You got that right, Brittany! Or should I say, Britt the Ripper!" and he and everyone else laughs as Brittany glares at Alvin.
