14,000 Babies May Die in Gaza in Next 48 Hrs — Demand Immediate Action from World Leaders

14,000 Babies May Die in Gaza in Next 48 Hrs — Demand Immediate Action from World Leaders
The issue
According to the United Nations, up to 14,000 babies in Gaza are at imminent risk of death due to starvation, dehydration and a complete collapse of medical care.
These are newborns and infants, trapped in one of the most densely populated and heavily bombarded regions on Earth. Their lives are now hanging by a thread.
This is not a matter of debate. It is a matter of basic humanity.
We, the undersigned, demand that world leaders and the United Nations:
- Immediately call for a humanitarian ceasefire to allow the delivery of food, medicine and clean water to all areas of Gaza.
- Initiate emergency air drops of aid if overland routes remain blocked.
- Enforce international humanitarian law and hold accountable any actors obstructing or attacking aid delivery.
- Open independent investigations into the humanitarian blockade and its consequences, including the deaths of civilians and infants.
- Ensure media access to crisis zones so the world can bear witness.
- Pressure major donors, arms suppliers and international bodies to condition all future engagement on the protection of civilian life and unfettered humanitarian access.
We refuse to accept that in 2025, mass death by starvation of infants is something the world merely watches.
We call on citizens across every country to sign, share and take action. Write to your governments. Join peaceful protests. Flood the inboxes of those in power.
This is not a political issue. It is a humanitarian emergency.
If we are silent now, history will never forgive us.
