The Issue
We need a new regulatory body to look at cases like David Morris Case. The CCRC are not fit for purpose. As you aware David Morris's case is included in a dossier of over 50 miscarriage of justice cases the CCRC have refused to send back to the Court of Appeal. Please see link to get the CCRC abolished.
