#2 Demand Clawback of Public Grants and Private Donations to fund support for donors and victims.
Demand local authorities in Los Altos, and Santa Clara County launch an investigation of WomenSV, the founder, Ruth Patrick Darlene and the attorneys, real estate investors, tech executives, accountants and newspaper publishers that profited from the illicit scheme.
We also urge other potential victims or witnesses who may have information about these alleged practices at WomenSV to come forward.
#3 Demand Clawbacks
Ruth Patrick Darlene had no training in the law, or as a therapist, but regularly claimed to be court watching and providing counseling services.
Since obtaining its first public funding in 2016, the organization claims to have collected over $2.2 million in public and private donations. These donations include:
$190,000 from Los Altos taxpayers, supported by the city council.
$250,000 from Santa Clara County, supported by Joe Simitian.
$21,000 in 2022- 2023 from taxpayers in Cupertino, supported by the city council and mayor.
If you donated to nonprofit WomenSV or attended their fundraisers, network meetings and poitical events that supported Los Altos resident Jeff Rosen in his political campaign for district attorney, or believe you may have been victimized by a business or divorce attorney referred by WomenSV, please contact us ;
WomenSVCourtwatch@Gmail.com.
This petition isn't just about seeking justice for those who believe they've been wronged; it's about ensuring no one else has to endure similar experiences in the future.
Please sign this petition today and stand with us in demanding a thorough investigation into WomenSV's business and how divorce, custody and domestic violence restraining order cases may have been impacted.
