The newest version of the Jefferson Ridge proposal, considered for streamlined "ministerial" approval under SB-35, is scheduled for Planning Commission review at their regular meeting January 13 at 7:00 p.m.  The project documents are at https://www.ci.benicia.ca.us/Jeffersonridge and information about the state law that could allow this is at https://www.ci.benicia.ca.us/index.asp?SEC=B93E86AC-D999-4C5F-B9A4-FC396210F36B&DE=A36A4626-87FC-45FB-BBC5-660525377135   Comments can be emailed to comdev@ci.benicia.ca.us and citizens can Zoom the meeting by following the City's posted guidelines.  

Note that the development plan shows just 3 of the National Register Landmarks, NOT including the Guardhouse directly across from the Lieutenant's Quarters, where the proposal utterly disrupts the definitive views among the Landmark structures!
