Reminder: With new information about swimming pool opportunities and ways to pay for it outside of the city budget, Thursday will be a youth-focused ask to Hermosa Beach Parks and Recreation about opening a subcommittee to explore what it would take to get a swimming pool in Hermosa! You can do your part by:

• emailing Parks and Rec Commissioners to tell them why we need a swimming pool in Hermosa:  dg_parksreccommission@hermosabeach.gov - this email can come from kids too!
• Attend Thursday's (tomorrow) meeting (4/16) at 6p to show your support. Got kids? Bring them! Nothing is more persuasive than when the residents of Hermosa show up. More specifically, 6:10-6:30 is the sweet spot for when the pool will be brought up in public comments, and there's no need to stay after that.
