主教山（又稱窩仔山）是深水埗鬧市中難得的天然綠洲，為社區提供珍貴的自然空間。然而，這片寶貴的環境正遭受持續破壞：樹木被非法砍伐焚燒、自然山徑被水泥覆蓋、土地遭人佔據私用。霸佔者非法挖掘山坡，搭建磚牆欄柵、擺放傢具、隨處丟垃圾及便溺、留下無人看管的火種，嚴重破壞山體生態，導致山泥傾瀉，剝奪市民享受這片公共空間的權利。

多年來，不少街坊向多個政府部門舉報這些違法行為。然而，各部門的回應緩慢，執法薄弱，給予機會破壞者持續摧毀自然環境，範圍越來越大。我本人亦因揭露他們而遭受暴力報復。

申訴專員公署已回應知悉我對地政總署的投訴，但交涉仍然待定中。地政署過住亦曾以霸佔者反對為由，拒絕正當執法。現在，我們提出三項緊急要求——你的支持至關重要：

1. 移除所有違規搭建物，包括圍欄、磚牆、神龕、儲物櫃、非法安裝的燈柱及水箱等；
2. 實施定期巡查，防止再次佔用及非法活動，如有發現需立即採取執法行動；
3. 恢復主教山土地原狀。

香港已承受不起失去更多自然環境。主教山屬於大家，絕非非法霸佔者的私人財產。若您關心環境與社區，請簽署這份聯署，向政府部門、市民和破壞者、霸佔者發出明確訊息：我們要求立即執法，終止位於主教山的非法佔用與破壞 — 趁主教山還未被夷平！

Mission Hill (aka Woh Chai Shan) is a rare oasis that offers a piece of nature to the busy neighborhood of Sham Shui Po. Yet, this precious environment is under relentless attack. Trees are being cut and burned illegally; natural spaces are paved with concrete; walls and fences are built; trash, construction waste, and even open defecation pollute the hillside. These offences have severely affected the environment, caused landslides, and deprived citizens of our right to enjoy the natural space.

For years, many have reported these issues to government departments. Yet enforcement has been weak and ineffective, allowing offenders to continue harming the environment. I myself have faced violent retaliation for exposing them. 

The Office Of The Ombudsman has acknowledged my complaint against the Lands Department, but negotiation is still pending. In the past, the Lands Department has refused to carry out lawful enforcement because of the opposition of the offenders. This cannot continue. Now, we demand three urgent actions – and your support is crucial:

1. Immediate removal of all unauthorized structures, including fences, brick walls, shrines, furniture, self-installed lights, water tank, etc.;
2. Regular monitoring and strict enforcement against illegal occupation and destruction;
3. Restoration of Bishop Hill’s natural environment.

Hong Kong cannot afford to lose another green space to selfish exploitation. Mission Hill belongs to the public. Sign this petition to tell the government and the offenders: We demand an end to the illegal occupation and destruction of Mission Hill before it’s too late.
